7th August 2010 - Energy Decree becomes law |

7th August 2010 - The Senate of the Republic has approved the Energy Decree as law in a sitting on 4th August. The incentive regime of the old Conto Energia (European Renewable Energy Incentive Programme) has been approved for photovoltaic plants constructed by 30th December this year and which are operative by June 2011. |
